This product is everything I was looking for. Now only is it great looking, but it is so easy to work with. I would encourage anyone who is interested in it to purchase it.
 While not perfect, I would still recommend March 1, 2006

Perfect size for a three to four person family. The high setting heats up quickly but if used as many recipes describe for the duration of the cook time, it seems to dry out the food too much. Recommend the lower setting for cook times in the 5 to 6 hour range.
Would still recommend this product after using it for several weeks now.
