Works well December 1, 2008 We used this for Boy Scout Pancake breakfast. At first our scoutmasters claimed they would never use it - by the end of the morning they were converted. Nice for consistency in pancake size.
excellent pancake batter dispenser October 24, 2008 This product works great; You just have to make sure the batter is thick enough or it will leak some. But my husband loves it and so do the kids.
Pancake Batter Dispenser October 8, 2008 My daughters are in A singing group and they sell funnel cakes at fairs for fund raisers. I ordered one pancake batter dispenser for them to try, making funnel cakes. They worked so well that I ordered three more for them. They have re-named them Funnel Cake Dispensers and like them real well. Thank you, Dad
Batter dispenser October 5, 2008 I find the item very useful, and easy to use. I recommend this product to anyone who makes crepes or pancakes.
Updated review September 15, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I had previously given this item a 1 star because it leaked horribly. After contacting their customer service they offered to take back the item and even paid for postage and would ship another replacement BUT only if I removed my initial negative review. I agreed to remove it and wait for the replacement but apparently I did not remove the review correctly or they didn't see the updated removal or whatever. They subsequently sent me what I perceived to be a stern email stating the "I had promised to remove this review in return for a replacement dispenser". That said, I asked for a refund because I did not like their tone in their emails nor their requirement to remove negative comments in order to obtain a replacement for what was a DEFECTIVE ITEM in the first place!! They should stand behind the items they sell regardless whether a customer posts negative information about it. I even offered to post positive feedback once I received the replacement and tested it to make sure the 2nd one worked. Guess that wasn't good enough and they would rather lose a customer over a $13 item. So be it..consider it done...
They said they have issued a refund and I'm glad I won't be doing business with them any further...
