What a wonderful book, containing recipes for sweet and savoury crepes, using several types of batter and an enormous variety of fillings. Anyone with even the slightest interest in crepes as a breakfast, brunch, side dish, main course, or dessert will find something in here to fit the bill.

We made our first crepes this weekend. This recipe book worked out great. Has basic recipes and then fancy ones. Most have a corresponding picture which is always helpful to me.
