Product Description Use the cutting board the pros use. This Reversible Maple Cutting Board, made by John Boos, is part of a professional series that's FDA approved and has been awarded the Gold Medal Award by Chefs of America. Extra-thick board will hold large cuts of meat, piles of vegetables and ample size turkeys. Features a flat side and a side with liquid moat so juices and liquid won't run onto counter and tabletops. Edges are slightly rounded for comfortable handling.

Solid quality cutting board. September 23, 2008 Nice solid cutting board, great for cutting stuff like tomatoes and watermelon and a lot easier than plastic boards to clean after cutting raw meats. Have had it for about a month so far and it has been in use almost every day.
Warped Wood is Bad January 14, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I received two cutting boards for Christmas. The smaller one has already split and is badly warped. I hope the larger one does not suffer the same fate. Very disappointed. I had my previous cutting boards, from another manufacturer, for over 20 years without any splitting or warping.
Stout board January 5, 2008 Very nice size for our kitchen. Recommed you cut out a template to ensure you order the correct size for your kitchen. Very substantial and we have cured it for 7 days. Looks great.
Exactly what I wanted November 27, 2007 This was a compromise, but it worked out very well. I definitely wanted a board with a "blood groove" all the way around it, and my wife wanted a board with a totally flat surface. this has both, so you can just turn it on the side you want. That's a big plus, in my house. I especially like the size of it. Big enough to carve a full size turkey on, yet small enough to fit in most any storage place. A very high quality cutting board, and I'd recommend it to anyone.
