Product Description
This non-traditional cutting board has a heck of a lot going for it. Unlike glass it will not dull your cutlery, unlike wood it will not absorb odors or bacteria. It's durable, dishwasher and oven safe, you can even use it as a warming tray in the microwave. The upturned rim prevents spills and overflows onto your counter and it even has a measuring guide, so you can be as precise as possible when it matters.

 great for certain cutting tasks July 8, 2008
Wonderful for fruits like tomatoes and watermelon (contains juices) as well as vegetables like onions and carrots (pieces don't roll away). Not great for mincing garlic or anything that requires fast and constant chopping (the raised sides can inhibit knife movement). The plastic scratches much more easily than a regular cutting board. As a result, mine is not good enough for presentation purposes. I always use a towel underneath. It slips way too much without it. Much lighter weight than most cutting boards.

Great cutting board. Lip holds in juice/fluids so they don't run all over the counter like flat cutting boards. Stains easily removed with bleach. Like it so much I have two. Just wish they had a larger version ( 16 X 20 )that would hold a larger roast.

LOVE this cutting prep board. The sloped sides keep juices and water from spilling on the countertop when prepping food, and contain the cut product results, as well.
I bought one of these years ago and am delighted to find that it is still available.

I had another cutting board just like this one and it was the one I always searched for when I needed to use a cutting board. The curved edges keep food on the tray and the size is perfect for most of my needs. The design makes it easy to slide the cut food to another container. My order was delivered promptly and I could not be happier with this product.

I have two of these and we love them. I have not had any warping, slipping when cutting or chopping. I chop herbs on them and I have no problem what so ever. My life is cooking and I will not buy any other boards except these.
