| Customer Reviews:
Looks nice, but it never works May 4, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Just save your time and money. Danby's customer service is as bad as it gets. I have this wine fridge. In the two years we've owned it, it's been in "working condition" a total of two months. It's been in for ten, yes TEN service calls, and most have them have required weeks and months waiting for parts. Absolutely horrible. Never ever, ever buy another Danby product!
Our most recent round - it's been back in the shop for 3 months now. I'm sick of it, but no one at Danby will help. When I've asked about a replacement, due to so many service issues, they just said "no, that fridge is expensive. It's cheaper for us to just keep working on it".
Worst customer service, ever May 4, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
