 Great unit! January 9, 2009
I just got this and have been playing with it all day. I even dropped it down the stairs by mistake. Nothing broke or even harmed. It's built like a tank! Other units I've researched get low ratings on being poorly constructed, but not this one. It works great. I love it!

This product is exactly what I was looking for. As some have said, it doesn't get out tough stains, but when I use this machine I feel like everything is CLEAN! I use it on my countertops to sanitize. It works wonderfully on baseboards and doors, as well as blinds. I even used them to refresh my curtains! Cleaning kitchen cabinets is a breeze with this machine. As far as everyday cleaning, it would be a little time consuming, but when I am doing a deep cleaning this machine is a must.

works well. I like that it makes steam for almost an hour before you have to refill. small enough to use in a small apartment bathroom. worked great on grout and tile.

I looked over many options and decided to purchase this product for it's versatility. It can do more than just floors. We have light tan tile on the first level of our condo, and the grout was at one time the same color. It's been more "chocolate brown" for years, and with some elbow grease and this steamer, it's now nearly new again. I was amazed.

We clean a resturant and this product makes it so much easier.It helps soften the grease on the fryers and it makes the cleaning easy.Just wipe it off not much elbow grease at all
