Product Description
The electric hot pot is easy to use and keeps water hot as long as it is plugged in. Simply fill the container up (with no more than 5 cups of water) and plug it into a 120-volt AC outlet. In about 10 minutes water will be suitably hot for tea and other steaming beverages or snacks. The heat-resistant handle, base, and cover ensure safety from burns, and the turn-to-secure lid prevents boil-over.

Chumbadeals is the company you are working with throughout, not amazon. this makes a difference, as their return process is time-consuming and the buyer absorbs the cost of sending it back. and a return on this item will be necessary once you've purchased it, because the quality is poor: cheap plastic item, smaller than you'd think, and without the features you think you're getting by reading the description. i'd say go somewhere else.
