Don't buy this item. Cheap plastic part in door failed. See comments from other reviewers. Save your money..

I know there are lots of reviews, so why write one more? I just have to because I am so delighted with this product. There are only two of us now, so the toaster oven has become our most frequently used cooking device. Our previous toaster oven died after many years of use.
The Krups is a nice looking oven, and adds to the decor of our kitchen. Not a critical feature, but nice non the less.
The digital controls are are intuitive, and quick and easy to use.
There are plenty of shelf configuration options. The quartz elements heat up quickly, and internal reflectors distribute the heat evenly.
This is our first oven with the convection feature, and is well worth having, making for faster cooking while it keeps the food moist.
To sum up: it looks good, works well, is easy to use, and is well worth the extra dollars for this oven over some of the other models.

probably the best toaster oven we've ever had regarding speed and even toasting. Too expensive but almost worth it. convection option greatly speeds par baked rolls and breads. we do not broil meats or anything messy.

As another buyer mentioned, this product is DANGEROUS! We loved this oven and then suddenly, for no apparent reason, it exploded...glass everywhere! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!

Before buying this oven I read hundreds of reviews of various brands and finally gave up because it seemed as though none were worth having. I chose this one based on the features and crossed my fingers. I was unhappy with it almost immediately. I gets so hot you have to pull it to the edge of the counter away from anything else. The convection feature is so loud that it drowned out the sound of the dishwasher and television that is on the other side of the house. It smokes each time it is used and this is not because it is dirty. I kept it quite clean. Within a week it started to stay on and never turn off unless we unplugged it from the wall. If we plugged it back in, it came back on. I had to return the oven finally due to this issue as it is a huge fire hazard. I am very disappointed and had hoped it would be better than the reviews, but it was not at all.
