I was looking for information regarding the changes needed from a regular gas oven for converting it to convection ovens. The book gave me that information. Haven't really pursued any of the recipes yet.

My cookbook arrived in a very timely manner. I haven't really made any recipes using the cookbook yet but it seems to be full of great recipe ideas.

BEEN SEARCHING FOR A GOOD CONVECTION OVEN COOKBOOK FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW. THIS ONE HAS SIMPLE RECIPES THAT ARE EASY TO FOLLOW, AND AS I'M A VISUAL PERSON, I LOVE THE PICTURES CONTAINED ON MANY OF THE RECIPES.
